Guidance, assistance, verification, and advanced work are not the same thing
Setup pages often imply everything is built for you. Here is the actual distinction, so nobody is surprised mid-project.
We explain and direct. The client or your team executes.
We do the hands-on work within the agreed scope.
We test, confirm, and document the result.
Custom build work, scoped and quoted separately.
What lands in each column depends on your plan and the scope you agree. CSM Start, Basic, and Managed are operated through CustomerSuccess.Team, and fully white-label delivery is an Enterprise option.
What setup depends on from the client
- AccessAgency or sub-account access at the level the scope requires.
- Brand assetsLogo, colors, business details, and the copy you want used.
- Domain and DNSControl of the domain so sending and booking links can be configured.
- Verification detailsLegal business information where registration steps require it.
- DecisionsSomeone who can approve choices without a two-week delay.
What ready to use actually means
- IncludedThe components in your scope are configured, not just enabled
- IncludedCore automations have been tested rather than assumed
- IncludedThe client has seen the account working in a live session
- IncludedThere is written documentation of what exists and how to use it
- IncludedAnything out of scope is listed openly instead of quietly skipped
- Not includedEvery HighLevel feature built out, whether you use it or not
- Not includedOngoing campaign management, unless that is separately scoped
Account setup questions
Is every technical build included in every plan?
No. Guidance and orientation are included broadly, hands-on assistance and verification scale with the plan, and advanced customization is scoped separately. We confirm what is in scope before work starts.
Do you handle A2P registration?
A2P registration support is included from the Basic plan upward, along with advanced email configuration. Approval timelines are controlled by the carriers and registration bodies, not by us.
What does ready to use actually mean?
It means the components in your agreed scope are configured, verified, and demonstrated to the client, with documentation of what exists and how to use it. It does not mean every possible feature is built out.
What do you need from the client?
Access, brand assets, domain and DNS control, business verification details where required, and timely answers. Setup pauses when those are missing, so we chase them actively.
Can you work from our existing snapshot?
Yes. We orient the account to your snapshot, verify what loaded correctly, and flag gaps rather than silently rebuilding things.

Scope the setup once, repeat it for every account
Tell us what your standard sub-account should include. We will confirm what is guidance, what is hands-on, and what needs separate scoping.
