White-Label HighLevel Onboarding for Your Clients

You sell the platform. We run the onboarding behind the scenes so every sub-account you sign up gets intake, setup help, training, and activation follow-through under a process you control.

Straight answer

What white-label actually means here

We would rather be precise than oversell it, because your clients notice the difference.

CSM Start, Basic, and Managed

Delivery is operated through CustomerSuccess.Team. Your offer, pricing, and client relationship stay yours, and the onboarding follows your process, but the delivery team is not presented as being entirely your internal staff.

Enterprise

Fully white-label delivery is an Enterprise option. That is where branded communication, branded sessions, and a delivery layer that reads as your own team are scoped and agreed in writing.

  3. 03

    Pilot with real clients

  4. 04

    Run it every month

Each new sub-account moves through the same tracked path.

FAQ

White-label onboarding questions

Is every plan fully white-label?

No. CSM Start, Basic, and Managed are delivered through CustomerSuccess.Team, which means your clients may see that team operating alongside your brand. Fully white-label delivery, where everything carries your brand only, is an Enterprise option.

Who owns the client relationship?

You do. You keep billing, pricing, contracts, and the commercial relationship. We run the onboarding work inside the scope you approve.

Can you use our snapshot and our SOPs?

Yes. We can work from your existing snapshot and documentation, or help you shape a repeatable version of it before we start running client onboarding.

What happens if a client asks a question outside onboarding scope?

We route it back to you with context and notes. We do not make commercial promises, change pricing, or commit your team to work you have not scoped.

How fast can we start?

It depends on how ready your snapshot, intake, and scope are. The first call is used to map that and agree on what the onboarding scope covers.

Questions we get asked

Put your brand in front, and the onboarding work behind it

Bring your snapshot, your offer, and your client list. We will map the scope, agree the boundaries, and show you exactly what your clients would experience.
