Turn New SaaS Customers Into Active HighLevel Users
A GoHighLevel signup is not a win until the customer is inside the platform doing something useful. GHL Onboard runs the journey from checkout to first working system, then keeps tracking it.

Seven questions about how your onboarding runs today. Your score updates live.
What the first month typically looks like
A planning view of the sequence, not a guarantee of dates. Real pacing depends on client responsiveness and scope.
Welcome and intake
Customer is greeted, intake goes out, assets are requested.
Setup and orientation
Snapshot orientation, account configuration assistance, dependency chasing.
Training
Walkthrough sessions on the workflows that matter, plus recordings.
Milestone review
Activation status reviewed, blockers escalated, next steps agreed.
Recordings, live calls, and who runs them
CSM Start
Training recordings and async support. No live onboarding calls. Good for high-volume, lower-touch signups.
Basic
Hands-on intake and setup, A2P registration support, advanced email configuration, and activation tracking. Recordings and async support, no recurring live onboarding calls.
Managed and Enterprise
Managed adds live onboarding calls, a dedicated customer success manager, proactive activation outreach, and ongoing success support. Enterprise can add deeper or custom live coverage and fully white-label delivery.
CSM Start, Basic, and Managed are operated through CustomerSuccess.Team.
Build the system
Intake design, snapshot standard, training outline, activation definition, escalation rules, and the documentation that makes it repeatable rather than dependent on one person.
Run it for every customer
Recurring execution for each new signup, month after month, with status you can see and blockers that come back to you with context instead of silence.
SaaS onboarding questions
What counts as an activated SaaS customer?
We define it with you before we start. It is usually a short list such as logged in, core assets connected, one workflow or calendar live, and the first training session completed.
Do all plans include live onboarding calls?
No. CSM Start uses training recordings and async support. Basic adds hands-on intake and setup, A2P registration support, advanced email configuration, and activation tracking, but it does not include recurring live onboarding calls. Live onboarding calls start on Managed, alongside a dedicated customer success manager. Enterprise can add deeper or custom live coverage.
Can you onboard affiliate signups differently from paid SaaS customers?
Yes. Affiliate program signups usually need a lighter, mostly async path, while paid SaaS customers get the fuller journey. We run separate paths off the same system.
Do you replace our support desk?
No. We handle onboarding and early activation. Ongoing platform support can be scoped separately through the wider CustomerSuccess.Team offering.
What do you need from us to start?
Your snapshot or account standard, your intake questions if you have them, access to create or reach sub-accounts, and a clear definition of what activated means for your product.
